Working with Christina is truly a wonderful experience. She puts everything she has into taking care of her patients. You can tell it’s where her hearts passion is.

Was not sure what to expect when my wife said she wanted to go with a midwife & a home birth over the traditional Dr + hospital route. After going through the process I can wholeheartedly vouch for Christina and her team. They are incredibly passionate about their vocation and you can see the effort they put into providing the mom, baby and family compassionate care.

Additionally I must note that if you are considering a midwife, that you are wise to choose one with a nurse background. We experienced a few road bumps along the way and it was in those moments where Christina's medical background was able to really impact the situation. I cannot say enough great things about Christina! We moved from out of state in the 11th hour of pregnancy and she didn’t miss a beat. She swooped in and relieved so much stress for me during that time and has continued to be available for help and advice beyond her basic duties. Had my first homebirth with Christina. She's very knowledgeable in the medical aspect and has wonderful bedside manner. Appointments were laidback and informed. They never felt rushed. She was also easy to contact with any questions. I didn't have an exact birth plan but Christina helped guide me through the labor and delivery offering suggestions for different positions and being a cheerleader as well. This was the third time Christina was my midwife. I really like how she supported all my desicions, bith with information and encouragement.
I love that she always educate me about the different options there are.

We had the absolute best experience with Christina. Our first child was born in a hospital and it was a traumatic experience for us. We chose Rockwall Birth for our second child and it was the best choice we made. Christina also performed the circumcision and that was a breeze and everything healed really well. Christina makes you feel very comfortable around her and really makes it a point to spend lots of time you and answers all of our questions. Another big point that was important to us, was that she was straight up and honest with everything. She definitely feels like a friend/family member after all is done. I had such a great experience with Christina. She was with me through thick and thin. You can definitely see the passion she has for you, your child, and your family. I can’t explain it in words. She will definitely meet your needs. I treated me as a unique mom compared to her other clients. I believe she treats everyone like that. Therefore, she customizes her care to you. And she come to the home to visit, which helped me prepare for the day I gave birth, just the familiarity of her being in my home and delivering my beautiful baby. We had the best birth experience here. Christina has been present for 3 of our 4 children's births as well as providing care during a miscarriage and has been an absolute pillar of calm support each time. She is knowledgeable in her field, respectful, caring and wonderful about helping me feel empowered to trust my body when its performing the awe-inspiring and more than a little intimidating task of bringing forth a new life. During each pregnancy she has plenty of suggestions and answers to questions that pop up. During the labor for baby #4, the things I had put into my birth plan just didn't feel right and I ended up doing almost the opposite as far as labor and birthing positions. She was wonderful about just rolling with it, not pushing me to stick with anything that didn't feel right and suggesting alternatives that might work instead. I would absolutely recommend Rockwall Birth and Christina to everyone from a first time mom to someone who's already got a parcel of munchkins running around and is looking for a new care provider.
